Responsibilities

• •Guide new clients through the audit process, setting clear expectations and timelines
• •Engage clients while audit is ongoing to make them feel more involved in the process
• •Act as the main point of contact for clients post-sale, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience
• •Coordinate between clients and the audit admin team to ensure projects run smoothly
• •Gather and analyze client feedback after each audit to identify areas for improvement
• •Identify ways clients can benefit from additional security services or follow-up audits
• •Attend 1-2 industry events per year to attract new talent and strengthen our reputation (2-3 months into the position)

Requirements

• •Extroverted, communicative, easygoing, easy to "feel a connection"
• •Empathetic - can feel what the other person is feeling and act on it, can mirror the other person vibe, emotions, feelings
• •DeFi user - has tried many different DeFi protocols for fun - for the sake of it
• •Crypto-native - terminally online, "addicted" to the crypto space

Requirements

• •Proven experience auditing smart contracts
• •Clear technical writing and communication skills
• •Track record in audits, bug bounties, CTFs, or open-source research
• •Curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about Web3 security
